What does a membership include?

The membership includes a capital certificate indicating your ownership share of City Foods and entitles you to complete rights outlined in the City Foods bylaws.

How much does a membership cost?

A membership to City Foods is a one time fee of $200.00, with annual dues applying the following year. 

How does the process work?

After filling out the application form and paying the $200.00 fee, the City Foods membership committee will review your application and return to you (via postal mail) your signed share certificate and copy of the bylaws. 

The City Foods Co-op goal is to reach 500 members by the end of 2009! With 500 members we will be able to operate a complete grocery store and deli in downtown Lafayette!
